Pre-orders
Purchases containing pre-ordered items will be held and shipped in full once the last item is available.
Smitten Bub Co. offers shipping worldwide on orders up to 1kg (this is approximately 2 swaddles set, swaddle set + accessories. Your shipping will be calculated at checkout. If you are unsure about the weights please email us directly and we can advise the cost of shipping.
We aim to do our bit for the environment. Where possible we use satchels are 100% biodegradable and compostable. If you receive an order in a Sendle bag this is food for the worms!!! Once you have finished with your packaging simply remove the label and put it into your compost bin with your food scraps. It is said that the satchel will biodegrade within 90 days in a regular home composting process. Our Australia Post Satchels are made of 80% recycled plastic.
Once your order has been shipped, Smitten Bub Co. can accept no responsibility for loss, delivery delay or any damage to your package. This can be a result of a delay caused by our carrier that we do not have control over.
All orders will be delivered and marked with an Authority to Leave unless advised otherwise at checkout. If you want your parcel to be delivered with a signature authority please email us directly at info@smittenbubco.com with your Full Name, Order Number & Shipping Address.
Smitten Bub Co. is not liable for parcels that show as delivered and go missing.
